On March 24, 2025, the following Release Conditions were imposed on Sriyathavan Srichandramohan: 

1.  Srichandramohan reside with surety at specified address. 

2.  Srichandramohan must remain in his residence daily between the hours of 11:00pm and 5:00am except for medical emergencies involving him or a member of his immediate family; for purposes of travelling directly to, from and while at work or school; when he is in the presence of his surety. 

3.  Srichandramohan must not contact or communicate in any way either directly or indirectly, by any physical, electronic or other means, with named person. 

4. Srichandramohan must not be within 250 metres of any place where he knows named person to live, work, go to school, frequent or any place he knows them to be except for required court appearances. 

5. Srichandramohan must not possess any weapon(s) as defined by the Criminal Code of Canada or any imitation of the above. 

6. Srichandramohan must surrender any electronic devices to his surety upon request. 

 Sriyathavan Srichandramohan was charged with the following offences: 

1.Criminal Harassment by repeated communications, between July 12, 2024 and January 31, 2025, contrary to s. 264(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada. 

2.Mischief over $5,000, between July 12, 2024 and January 31, 2025, contrary to s. 430(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
