As from June 30, 2022, the following are imposed as terms, conditions and limitations on the certificate of registration held by Dr. Carl Anthony Rhodes Fung in accordance with an undertaking and consent given by Dr. Fung to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario:
 
Concerns were expressed with respect to Dr. Fung’s family practice. As Dr. Fung was in the process of retiring, these concerns were resolved by Dr. Fung agreeing to resign from the College effective July 1, 2022 and agreeing never to reapply for registration as a physician in Ontario or any other jurisdiction.
