  1. the Registrar place terms, conditions and limitations on the registrant’s certificate of registration; and

  2. the registrant pay the College costs in the amount of $3,650 within 30 days of the date of the order.

A College investigation was initiated into whether Dr. Graham engaged in professional misconduct in his psychotherapy practice, including whether he failed to maintain appropriate boundaries with a patient. During the investigation, Dr. Graham resigned from the College and has agreed never to apply or reapply for registration as a physician in Ontario or any other jurisdiction.
