Summary of the Undertaking given by Dr. Randall James William Webster to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, effective February 28, 2020:

Following two College investigations into Dr. Webster’s internal medicine and gastroenterology practice, he entered into an undertaking with the College to engage in professional education. In lieu of completing the education, Dr. Webster resigned from the College and has agreed never to apply or reapply for registration as a physician in Ontario or any other jurisdiction.
