On August 30, 2012, the Discipline Committee found that Dr. Buckley committed the following act of professional misconduct:

• the governing body of another health profession in Ontario, or the governing body of a health profession in a jurisdiction other than Ontario, has found that the member committed an act of professional misconduct that would, in the opinion of the panel, be an act of professional misconduct under this section or an act of professional misconduct as defined in the regulations. 

On the same date, the Discipline Committee ordered that:  

1. the registrant attend before the panel to be reprimanded; 

2. the Registrar place a term, condition and limitation on the registrant’s certificate of registration; and

3. the registrant pay the College costs in the amount of $3,650 within 60 days of the date of the order.
