Patient A
  • Failing to maintain appropriate boundaries with Patient A, including by renting an apartment to Patient A;
  • Inappropriately ending the physician-patient relationship with Patient A;
  • Inappropriately threatening to disclose Patient A’s information, including personal health information, to third parties;
  • Inappropriately threatening to withhold prescriptions for Patient A;
  • Asking and intimidating Patient A to withdraw her complaint to the College; and
  • In his conduct and communications with the College, including in advising the College that Patient A did not want to continue her complaint
Patient B, C, D
  • In his failure to maintain appropriate boundaries with Patient B, including by hiring Patient B to work for him in connection with his properties;
  • Inappropriately threatening to withhold prescriptions for Patient B, Patient C, and Patient D; 
  • In his conduct and communications with Patient B, Patient C, and Patient D; and
  • Inappropriately ending the physician-patient relationship with Patient B, Patient C, and Patient D.
