On June 3, 2025, the Tribunal found that Dr. Polemidiotis committed professional misconduct by:
  • Engaging in sexual abuse of Patients A and B, which also constituted disgraceful, dishonourable, or unprofessional conduct;
  • Being found guilty of an offence relevant to his suitability to practise, having been convicted of three counts of sexual assault under s. 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada, involving three patients, including Patient A.
The Tribunal also found that Dr. Polemidiotis engaged in disgraceful, dishonourable, or unprofessional conduct and conduct unbecoming a physician based on the conduct underlying the criminal charges and convictions.

The Tribunal ordered that:
  1. Dr. Polemidiotis attend before the panel to be reprimanded; 
  2. the Registrar revoke Dr. Polemidiotis’s certificate of registration effective June 4, 2025 at 12:01 a.m.; and
