Charges 

Todd Robert Hodgson was charged with the following offences: 

1.  Criminal Harassment by repeated communication, on or about December 17th, 2025, contrary to section 264(2)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada. 

2.  Uttering Threats to cause death or bodily harm, on or about February 15th, 2019, contrary to section 264.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Place of Charge: Brockville, Ontario

Release Conditions 

On December 19, 2025, the following Release Conditions were imposed on Todd Robert Hodgson: 

1.  Hodgson must notify Police of any change of address or employment. 

2.  Hodgson must not communicate, directly or indirectly, with named persons. 

3.  Hodgson must not go to specified address. 

4.  Hodgson must not possess a firearm, crossbow, prohibited weapon, restricted weapon, prohibited device, ammunition, prohibited ammunition or explosive substance, and must surrender those that are in his possession and also any authorization, licence or registration certificate or other document enabling him to acquire or possess them to Police.
