Summary:
As from November 14th, 2024, the following are imposed as terms, conditions and limitations on the certificate of registration held by Dr. Shahab Nahvi in accordance with an undertaking and consent given by Dr. Shahab Nahvi  to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario:

Allegations of professional misconduct against Dr. Nahvi were referred to the Discipline Tribunal, including that he engaged in an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional.

Dr. Nahvi did not contest the allegation of disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct.

Dr. Nahvi was also the subject of two unrelated College investigations into his emergency medicine practice.

Dr. Nahvi resigned from the College and has agreed never to apply or reapply for registration as a physician in Ontario or any other jurisdiction.
