Release Conditions 

On January 14, 2026, the following Release Conditions were imposed on William A.Webster: 

1.  Webster must notify Police of any change of address within 24 hours of such change. 

2.  Webster must not communicate, directly or indirectly, with named persons. 

3.  Webster must not go any place where named persons are known to live, frequent, work or be. 

4.Webster must not possess a firearm, crossbow, prohibited weapon, restricted weapon, prohibited device, ammunition, prohibited ammunition or explosive substance and must surrender those that are in his possession and also any, licence or registration certificate or other document enabling him to acquire or possess them to Police. 

5.Webster must surrender all firearms in his possession to Police. 

Charges 

William Andrew Webster was charged with the following offences: 

1.  3 counts of Assault, between January 1 and 31, 2008; between January 1, 2017 and January 31, 2021; and on or about October 14, 2021, contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code of Canada. 

2.Uttering Threats to cause bodily harm, on or about October 14, 2021, contrary to section 264.1(2) of the Criminal Code of Canada. 

3.Sexual Assault, between January 1 and 31, 2024, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Kingston Police
