On ​April 4, 2024​, the Tribunal found that Dr. Ladhani engaged in disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct in relation to his behaviour at Hamilton Health Sciences, including: 

• taking a colleague’s bag without their knowledge or consent; 
• inappropriately disposing of and/or attempting to dispose of some of the contents of the colleague’s bag, including the colleague’s personal documents and patient medical records; and 
• providing false and/or misleading information during the hospital’s security investigation. 

The Tribunal ordered that:  

1. Dr. Ladhani attend before the panel to be reprimanded;  
2. the Registrar suspend Dr. Ladhani’s certificate of registration for two months commencing ​April 5, 2024​, at 12:01 a.m.;  
3. the Registrar place terms, conditions and limitations on Dr. Ladhani’s certificate of registration;  
4. Dr. Ladhani pay the College costs in the amount of $6,000 by ​May 3, 2024​.
